Chrome 45 Adds 'Material Design in the browser's top chrome' flag...

There is a one signal update of Chrome 45 and he first added the UI layout inculding Material Hybrid since June/July 2015...

As of version 46, The UI layout is changed, later in version 47, Bookmark star icon has been changed and the omnibox is medium, when version 48 releases, The buttons are changed inculding three dots instead of three lines, version 49 one month later, The tabs UI has been changed and removed gradient for UI default, Three months later on version 51, The Windows Classic or Linux Version turned from blue to gray, version 53 came out in August, the cookies icon is upgraded and also bookmark folders uses gold instead of black, as of Chrome v.55, This flag has been removed and we have left some like "Default, Normal, and Touch", so you can't disable material design in Chrome 55.

Also the UI layout has been enabled by default (Chrome 50 for Google OS, Chrome 51 for Linux, Chrome 52 for Mac and Chrome 53 for Windows) which he don't bother with non-material since Chrome 53.

If you are using Windows XP/Vista, Type chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md and set to Material.

How To Speed Up Chrome (2016 Edition)

Your chrome is slow and crashing for some reason? Let's show you how to speed up a Google Chrome web browser!

Step 1: Proxy settings
Under the settings tab, Click on "Show advanced settings…", Scroll down to "Privacy" tab, Uncheck two boxes, On the "Network" tab, You can click on "Change proxy settings...", The window appears, Click on "LAN settings", and uncheck "Automatically detect settings", click on OK.

Step 2: Privacy
This thing will be a little bit tricky! Uncheck two boxes "Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors" and "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar"...

Step 3: Chrome Flags
There is something that we inculded with faster links...
chrome://flags/#max-tiles-for-interest-area (Removed in Chrome >46.)
chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-canvas-features [Click on "Enable"]
chrome://flags/#enable-fast-unload [Click on "Enable"]
chrome://flags/#num-raster-threads [Change from Default to 4]
chrome://flags/#touch-events [Change from Default to Enabled]
chrome://flags/#enable-scroll-prediction [Click on "Enable"]
chrome://flags/#enable-simple-cache-backend [Change from Default to Enabled]

Step 4: Extensions
Unlike FastestFox, This will slow down your machine and crashing forever! If you like to install an extension to speed up most of Chrome directory, i normally like uBlock Origin. "https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm".

Step 5: Get Rid of WebBoost, Norton and Malware
All of these three extensions may slow down your browser that was I thinking! So its because you can remove anything from these extensions and you can click on the empty button to remove it!

Windows Vista users should stay with Chrome 40 for best experience

Despite our efforts, Chrome 41 still has disabled aero themes with Windows Vista that we are not able to fix so far due to widespread changes made by the Chrome team to make it non-aero with Vista. The issues we are aware of are these:

1. Aero Themes has been removed
2. The UI font looks bolder

If these issues don’t bother you, you can stay on Chrome 41. Otherwise, please install Chrome 40 instead from this archive directory: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B38tuG0Ej4YCS0FkQWZfdldrU3M . From now on, when users visit Google.com/chrome with a Windows Vista PC, they will be automatically redirected to the download page of Chrome 40. We will continue to fix bugs for Windows Vista users on the Chrome 40 branch.
